So I wanted you guys on because I did the voiceover for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award, so that was when I really kind of got in behind the curtain of your business, the Institute of Dermatologists, and I went, "These women are ambitious.

They are kickass.

They have drive.

They work like nobody I've ever met before." And I just wanted to kind of get you in.
