And it's just the history of apartheid, what we call an apartheid, where the majority of the country was denied economic opportunities, educational opportunities, you know, great health care.

So the then president put together, President Nelson Mandela, put together a group of people.

A council in the sense where there was an opportunity to speak truth and then to allow the gospel to bring healing.
