Benefit Chicken Strikes Again!

Yeah.

Uh, we really love that.

And that's not to dog on like places with outdoor seating, um, because I think that can be a hit, but I think when you have like indoor seating, you've got a lot of space, you've got fountain drinks, you can get refills.

Like those are the things that I think like, okay, check it off your box.

Right.

Um, so overall I thought as far as like the actual venue, very nice.

Overall, very surprised.

So, let's kind of get into, you know, your thoughts.

What kind of stuff do they have on the menu? Yeah.

And what our thoughts were on it.

Yeah.

So, the thing about Bear BBQ is...

I did not know what to expect, right? So here in Corpus Christi, we, we don't have an abundance of really, really high quality barbecue.

We do have some around here.

We have greenhouse grill.

We've got full send.

We've got butters, which is actually a Texas monthly top 50 joint.

So butters is by the rankings, a very, very good place to eat.

And then, you know, those are...

We got barbecue fiends coming back.

So, we got a few things going on here locally.

But the scene is not huge.

Like, when you think of maybe like Austin or Houston, there's a lot of really heavy hitters in those areas.

You know what I mean? So, Corpus is not really known for having...

a huge huge huge barbecue scene but i think that it's growing right and the cool thing about bear is exactly what sabrina said you walk in and that feels like okay this is a nice restaurant this is a really really cool place to be it's a really really cool environment You know, Alyssa and Brett Worley, they're the owners of Bear BBQ.
