It is where Ballerina...

Are you familiar with Ballerina Farm?

Nope.

She's like a...

They call her like the queen of all trad wives.

I have some more nuanced opinions on this.

She's actually like a successful businesswoman.

But she is a Instagram influencer, has nine children.

I think she's my age, 34.

And she just opened a little farm stand in town.

So in the last year, this town has become wildly, wildly popular while we were under construction.

So that's just a little context for what Midway is.

Like wildly popular in the way that it's getting the attention of Instagram influencer, like people who follow this world.

Yeah, like let me look up how many followers she has really quick.

Like she's like, I mean, and I'm sure we don't need to waste time on this podcast talking about this.

I was just trying to offer some.

She has 10.4 million followers.

I don't

think this is wasting time.

I think this is like what I've gleaned as a snapshot of you and where you're coming from.

It was fun reading your book to be like, you you are sort of a student of this world right or or at least just

yeah it's weird though because like that isn't my life anymore and i'm uh my partner galen and i moved here because i had lived in my parents are part-timers in park city which is like a ski town that away i had lived here during the pandemic i'd sort of i wanted to live at their place um for a little bit after I graduated from grad school.

I stayed a summer, then I wanted to stay for the winter season.

And then the pandemic happened and my parents weren't here.

They were in Chicago where they lived the other part of the year.
