So I mean, definitely a wide variety of people being able to move in, young people, young couples, single people, students, fresh out of university, maybe living in the tech park, working.
block or two away then again young couples people in their like 30s 40s retirees everyone I think unfortunately it seems almost as though there's certain kind of almost stereotypes where suburbs attract one kind of demographic the core attracts another I think in reality in any community a great community is a community where people of all ages, of all socioeconomic statuses, are able to move in and have a great community that they live in and a great experience.

we could actually afford a lot more and we i'm not saying we would never need to raise taxes but if we grew the amount of businesses moving into ottawa moving to the canada tech park businesses use less city services than residential areas the property tax on businesses is i believe i believe it's it's a bit higher than residential properties and They then additionally pay, I think, additional kind of fees to the city.
