So it's, um, they're basically saying that there was supposed to be some abatement due to circumstances in, around COVID.

And a lot of people got charged late filing and, and payment penalties, estimated tax penalties, interest on underpayments, things like that.
So if you think you may have, you can file this Form 84, uh, uh, 843.
Mm-hmm.
Also, you can f- consider filing a protective refund claim.
What that is, is it keeps the statute of limitation open.
Basically, you're just filing, like, an amended return for a year that's gonna be closing soon.
Okay.
And you don't really change anything.
You just put a statement that I'm filing a protective claim, blah, blah, blah.
Okay.

So just something that's out there that if you think you may have, that maybe there's a case there.
