Okay.

Um, So last week we finished on the point during the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in which he received the initial revelation.

He engaged with the confusion that he had ﷺ in that moment.

And then after he ﷺ had that initial moment of confusion, trying to discern what happened and what's going on, he goes to his wife Khadija, our mother رضي الله عنها.

We talked about what she said and how she believed in him and how at that moment her confidence in him was what he needed to feel that psychological safety.

We talked about that.

We said that sometimes you need that from others and sometimes you also have to give that to others.

People just need to hear from you that you believe in them and that you know who they are.

But then she followed that, as we said, She followed that with the aspect of, she had faith in him, but then she followed that with the fact.

So she brought him, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, to... one of her relatives whose name was Waraqa.

Waraqa was from those people that we talked about who they obviously were not at the time Muslim because they hadn't received the revelation of Quran, right? It was just starting.

It had just started now.

They were unaware of it.

But they were following in truth whatever the last revelation was okay so they weren't deviated from that they still were following as best as they could the belief that God is one the belief that God sends messengers that he reveals his message to humanity that there's going to be a day of judgment and that there's going to be an afterlife right with paradise and with the hellfire etc so these people were on the straight path as much as it still existed before the prophet came So there were some people that had this, and they were those who were knowledgeable of Scripture.

They were knowledgeable of previous Scripture, of previous stories of the Prophets, and they were considered, you know, respected.

And so she said, I don't know the answers.

Like, I don't know who this thing was.

I don't know why this happened to you, but I can take you to this person, my relative, Waraka, and he can answer for you.

He can be the one that kind of gives you an explanation.

So they took the Prophet, peace be upon him.

She took her husband to... her cousin Waraka.

And Waraka says, tell me what happened.

The Prophet ﷺ describes everything about his experience with who we now know is Angel Jibreel.

And subhanAllah, Waraka has this response that gives you goosebumps.

Where he says to the Prophet ﷺ that the same being that you're describing was the same one that went to Prophet Musa and all of the Prophets.
