They do have a Dubai chocolate tart on the menu as well.

But what I really loved is the traditional Kunafa dessert, which is like a warm Middle Eastern dessert that has the phyllo pastry on top of it.

And then below, it's got like a beautiful stretchy cheese.

And then they soak it in a little bit of a sugar syrup and garnish it with pistachios.

Sounds very, very

authentic as well.

I mean, I know that, you know, Kunafa is very trendy now, but this one feels like it's legit, legit.

Yes, correct.

right.

And she asked the guy to make the kinafe.

uh in in arabic and the guy he replied to him he's like he's israeli he's like why you are talking to me in arabic i'm israeli guy and she's like you're israeli guy that's mean you don't know how to make good kinafe and he's like wait i'm gonna show you as israeli guy how i make the best kinafe and he start to make it for her and he's making the kinafe and then he take kinder Bueno, you know, and he put it in the Kinafe.

And he's like, have you tried Kinder Kinafe before? Like a

German chocolate bar, a German wafer.

Yeah,

And she's like, no, I never.

And he's like, yeah, because we are the only one.

Chef Noel is the original chef behind the Dubai chocolate recipe that became a global viral blockbuster.

All from its simple yet delicious combination of pistachio and Kunafa.

Having parted ways with fixed chocolate, Chef Noel has now gone from being only in the kitchen to being front and center of managing his own chocolate brands.

I'm really curious about his story.

So you don't taste the nuances of the Arabic sweets.

But over there, of course, they gave me the best of the Arabic sweets that they could offer.

And Kunafa became kind of my Arabic version of...

I always say this Arabic version of New York cheesecake.

If anyone's a foodie, I'm so sorry.

But it's K-N-A-F-A.

And it's Knafka.

And can't get Knafka of it is kind of a trade line.

Kunafa sticks with cheese and crushed pistachios, a pork tomahawk, and some street- sweet strawberry cheese bread with vanilla ice cream.

And you know what, earlier we talked with the chef here about what makes it so special to bring new dishes to the stadium.

It's very exciting for the culinary team to come up with some great ideas for post-season, even throughout the regular season itself.

I would add two more dessert places, by the way, to Jordan list.

I would add Habiba for Knafeh, lovely, and it's been the oldest.

And I would add Zlatimo for our traditional sweets, and it's been the oldest place that makes our baklava and traditional sweets in Jordan.

Dubai has a long list.

But that's why I called it elusive is because it's really hard to find.

So Knafeh, if you're
