Verity McCormackGuestSo way back, if you listen to the podcast, you remember way back at the beginning, we did some episodes around Sinclair de Lens, Jakar Londo.
But there are some characters that we've kind of not really focused on in depth.
So over the next couple of months, we've got an episode on of One of Us today.
And the way we're going to do this is we're going to kind of talk about Suna Ivanova's journey across the five seasons.
What is it that kind of resonates with you in terms of Ivanova? And what do you think of Claudia Christian's performance too? So I'll start with you, Verity.

The sheer emotion that she just shows and everything that she does from Ivanov is just cold and very Russian characteristics to the more emotional sides we see of her later on.

It could be a very one-note character, couldn't it? It could be somebody just being very gruff.

Well, it is very Russian, isn't it? The father plays it, this sort of gruff exterior character.

There's a sort of deep love for things that is sort of concealed underneath that's not often shown because that would make you vulnerable.
