So Bruce, the Brooklyn Nets, they won just 20 games last season, yet they didn't land a top five pick in this summer's draft.

So maybe I'm crazy, but I feel like that misfortune really kind of motivated this franchise to be sure they were trying to be a little bit more competitive next year on the court.

The only teams with fewer wins were the injury-riddled Indiana Pacers with 19, and the Washington Wizards... who have added Anthony Davis and number one overall pick A.J. DeBonsa after their 17-win nightmare.

There's every reason to believe those teams will increase their win totals, but I think the Nets are going to battle the Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks for the bottom spot of the East.

They added Julius Randle and Keon Ellis, but with Michael Porter Jr. still there and Nick Claxton gone, I wonder if the veteran guys will be out for their own stats instead of helping the younger guys grow.

there are a lot of young guards on this team it seems like there's like half their roster are young guards but most lack experience so
good luck

jordy fernandez as you try to manage this roster of mismatched parts all right we'll be

Yeah, it's a combination of veterans and youth, and you really want to see – the biggest thing for me is, well, these veterans who we know are productive, we know Michael Porter Jr. is, and we know Julius Randle is.

I have a soft spot for Julius Randle because the New York Knicks turnaround years ago began when they picked up Julius Randle.

major celebration or anything like that last season, but he was a big – the beginning of the Knicks turnaround began with Julius Randle.

So him coming to the Nets, I think, will have a positive impact in terms of where the Nets will finish.

I mean, they were the worst offensive team in the league in terms of efficiency.

They were 25th in defensive efficiency, last in scoring, last in field goal percentage, last in three-point shooting.

That's a triple crown right there for the bizarro triple crown, if you will, for a team.

The thing is about them, we know what we're going to get out of Michael Porter Jr. and Julius Randle.
