Anthony WheelerHostThe, um, the f- the first thing I wanna point out is it boils down to three things.
A- after everything, it boils down to: Do you have vision? Do you exercise agency? And do you have stewardship? Okay? And that's ...
You know, I was going through and I was making this list of like, um, do you do X, Y, Z? Do you do this and that? Are you doing these specific things? And I was like, wait, these can all sort of be categorized under three main things, and that's vision, agency, and stewardship.
So, um, vision is you gotta know where you're going, whether that's career-wise or even just project-wise, or even day.
What, what's your day look like? Agency is the confidence to go and make things happen.
You know, uh, have you seen the meme lately like, "This is a, a..." You know, "What a way to use your free will"? Like, you, you-
... someone's doing something completely, uh, you know, a little bit unhinged or whatever and the, and the comments will be like, you know, "That, that's a, that's an insane way to use your free will."
It's like you have the ability to go and, and get off the path that's planned for you and do the path that you feel is right.
And then, um, and then stewardship is really taking ownership of what you're doing, that you show up, you take responsibility.
I'm gonna get into, uh, what h- you know, what the signs are of each of these things.
But before we get any further, w- you know, what's your gut reaction to this here, or your cerebral reaction? I don't care.
... side says, "If I do these things, does that mean that I'm exceptional? And if I am doing these things and I'm not exceptional, what went wrong?"
