Hello Straw Hats, We return to discuss the many aspects of the world building in the One Piece. Then we get into handful of non straw hat fights and attempt to rank them as best as we can. We talk…
Our first topic today was about world building.
I feel like as, you know, a whole like this manga, just like kind of just at the top tier of, you know, world building, character building.
I feel like there's just deep connection and deep, you know, story, you know, to just One Piece in general.
On that note, there definitely is, but then also there's some random ass stuff too, right? There's a ton of random ass stuff.
But that's why you kind of like love it.
Yeah,
definitely.
I mean, I feel like...
They stick
with that consistent random stuff.
Yeah.
Like even, for instance, and we were just talking about this beforehand, but like the snails being like the communication devices and or like televisions, et cetera.
Yeah.
In like the communications realm, like that's just a funny quirky thing about it and how... obviously we all love like how the person on the other line the snail takes on their like some of their features yeah just super funny
this is very funny yeah
and we could also and in terms of you could talk about the news being delivered by like the uh oh by
the the yeah the birds the bird
pretty efficient airship it gets out there i mean everyone seems to yeah yeah
and for the snails with the personalities I feel like that just opens up the market for like collectible like figurines and stuff like that too like you could get just like you have all those different pops you can get all the different versions of those pops and snails which is hilarious I would like I think I might do that
I mean, it's definitely a unique part of the world, those two things, especially the snail thing, because there's still technology that you see in the world.
But they're just like, snails are the phones for some reason.
Yeah,
yeah.
And some of the TVs, like projectors or recording devices.
