So for the majority of the prison fight, he relied on his Gomu Gomu Devil Fruit, which he was well-accustomed to.

But then Luffy found himself in the middle of the battle at Marineford, where the Whitebeard Pirates were fighting the Marines.

There was destruction all over the battlefield, where a clash of legends and powers was at its all-time display.

The two Marines, Sakazuki and Kizaru, were here while Luffy was now fighting against them to protect his brother.

Whitebeard was also betrayed by his crewmate, just like the original timeline, while he also gave one last speech.

But now, Sakazuki was on the move and almost killed Ace until Luffy froze the whole battlefield, along with Sakazuki's attack.

Luffy was so angry that he pulled the legs of the admiral using the Door-Door Fruit and dragged him to the edge of the island just to have a one-on-one battle with him.

The ground beneath them turned into quicksand and was drowning them.

can't remember who it was, but I'm pretty sure why Beard's name was mentioned, right? Yeah.

Whitebeard was

definitely there.

Yeah.

So that's the thing, right? This, this tells so much about rocks and inadvertently you learn so much about some other characters as a result, because one of rocks is things was, um, he amassed a massive crew of legendary pirates, right? You've seen one of them.

Yeah.

Whitebeard.

You get to see how he actually got on the crew and everything like that too.

Curious.

Another 14 months at Nakama Status from Fremos, it says, "Is Rocks top 10 strongest of all time? For me, he's 12th." Um, not for me, but I'm a, I'm one of those guys that thinks he was surpassed by guys like Whitebeard and Roger, Shanks.

Um, possibly Kaido.

I don't think so.

You know what I'm saying? Like-

The, the other day we had a super chat highlighting or asking us about the comparison that we saw between Whitebeard and Alki and what their reference-

But we've probably seen, what, a couple people have broken out of that ice a couple times, right? If you wanna say devil fruits, you can say devil fruits, that's cool.

So Whitebeard's is definitely a devil fruit.

He uses vibrations.

But it's still undecided if it was actually for Doflamingo, his haki, or his devil fruit.

Like, I never, I never saw another conqueror fully submit to another person, because there has to be some chemistry, some bond, or something to relate to that person that they connect to.

And, like, that's where it's at.

Like, for in- like, we don't, we don't see the history with Whitebeard and Roger, I mean Rocks.

We don't see the history of Whitebeard and Rocks.

Literally almost every Admiral.

Marco was not Admiral level, all right? We got Whitebeard versus Akainu.

Akainu in that moment is stronger, I don't care what anyone says, and they clashed.

Fuji versus Sabo.

Mm-hmm.

And still always trying to scale the Gura and the Yami fruits to their absolute bare minimum.

Whether it's talking about the wall at Marine Ford that he couldn't break, Whitebeard, or talking about Law clashing evenly with it, it just, it never seems to me to be genuine.

It never seems like an honest attempt at understanding these fruits, the power they hold, or the narrative weight behind them.
