Usopp from Syrup Village is the son of Yasopp, one of Shanks' crew members.

When he was young, his mother died of an illness.

Usopp would make a habit of lying to the villagers, warning that pirates were coming, mainly in the hope that one day his father truly would return.

With his gift for storytelling, he befriended Kaya, a wealthy girl in the village.

One day he dreamed of becoming a brave warrior of the sea like his father, and once he joined Luffy, he finally had the chance to make his dream reality.

Gunko never got touched the entire time on Elbaf, but Jinbei could block a Kainu.

Usopp shot Gunko right in the face, blew up her whole half of her body off.

Kicking up where we left off, Luffy and Loki unleash an all-out strike.

It made the Earth great.

And they're kind of concerned about Luffy, you know, as they should be talking about jumping in.

And then, you know, they lament on Usopp.

What is Usopp planning? Notice how the whole crew is watching Big Us right now.

So naturally, that didn't happen whatsoever this week, and instead, we got some other stuff happening.

Mainly, we caught up with Nami, Usopp, and Tama, who in turn cross paths with Big Mom.

Seems like it'll be the end for our pair of straw hat cowards until Tama strides up to her old pal Olin and begins chatting with her like it's their weekly gossip session.

Big Mom apparently has a mama mode where she gets super motherly over children roughly 10 years old or less.

Like, you know, he shaved away, he just, you know, hit a quick gear two, or even... like law teleporting him somewhere real quick.

Like it doesn't seem like Luffy actually got hit, especially when Kaido starts monologuing about like how he hadn't been paying attention.

He was so into the fight and I was like, Oh God, I, you know, he, Luffy had some bigger plan going on here and, and you know, is pulling one over on him or someone else was on the battlefield and that Kaido didn't notice because he was so focused on this fight.

And then he lost Luffy now.

And meanwhile, Gaban is begging Hajuden to help Luffy find some way to escape.

But we hear Usopp come out of nowhere.

He's been there the entire time, riding on Hajuden's shoulder, saying, now fuck that, you know? We were here two years ago at Little Garden.

Dorian Brockie helped us get our way, get out towards the Grand Line.

And Hajudin is like, well, we're straw hats, but whatever.

And he's like, you expect us to turn our backs and run, leaving those to whom we owe so much? And Gabon is like, the way he looks, he's taking the form of a god that Elbeth has waited throughout its history.

Do you understand the importance of it? And Usopp's like, I don't care.

People compare him to Nika or Joy Boy or even Roger at times.

I get how scientifically it could work, but I still have severe questions about that.

Synergy and Usopp definitely should have got their shit rocked in Arlong Park.

There's

no reason why Usopp

should have made it as far as he

did.
