So when we were preparing for this question, you're like, you got 10 questions, we're going to stick to them.

So we always joke in London, nobody wakes up and goes, yes, I'm going to work in insurance.

Yeah, it's extremely common in Bermuda because when you're in primary school, there's often loads of, let's say, 5K runs or charitable events that are sponsored by insurance companies or reinsurance companies.

So it creates awareness, like what is an insurance company? What does an underwriter do, an actuary do? And then also because of this, they have like lunch and learn days where volunteers from insurance or international business firms will come to the school when you're in primary or middle or high school.

So oftentimes when most kids graduate from high school, they already have chosen insurance or international business or tourism because those are the two main pillars for Bermuda's economy, insurance, well, international business and then tourism.

Well, see, it's interesting because people say, like, what's the purpose of, in the UK, people going into schools and talking about insurance? But this is exactly it.

And obviously the choice of maybe main industries is wider in the UK, but still that knowledge from early on is so important.

That's why whenever people talk about finance, they talk about banking, just because those do go in...
