Um, I- my kind of rhythm with social media is that I do try to post once or twice a day.
But I try not to be checking it all the time, and I also have really strict rhythms where I take certain times off every day, um, a day off every week, a week off every month, and a month off every year just to practice that distance from it and keep it as more of like this is a s- very small part of my work and, and yet it's a black hole that if I'm not really disciplined about, I can, I can lose myself and lots of my time.
