And often in unexpected people, in unexpected places, in unexpected circumstances.
How can we be the pinnacle of creation and yet capable of such foolishness? You'd have to agree, wouldn't you? We're capable of incredible foolishness in our world.
It amazes me how God puts up with me and my foolishness, my foolish ways and my foolish thoughts.
When I think of the foolish ways that I have approached God and the arrogant or incompetent ways even that I've sought him and seek him, And yet he seems that for each one of us he patiently wades through those foolish thoughts and those foolish ways and he looks to go to the heart of something.
He wades through that.
And you've got to love that, haven't you? For Christians, for non-Christians.
In 2 Chronicles 16.9, it says, The eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.
It gives me this picture that God's continually looking around throughout the earth to find, and then he sifts through our thinking and our ways and our foolishness, if you like, and he goes to the heart of those who are seeking him.
