Michaela Gaffen StoneHostme, when I've seen sales that I've appreciated, when I've been part of sales that I've appreciated, it's been the genuine, and that's a really key word.
Otherwise, I'm going to go and talk to somebody else or I'm going to go and, you know, carry on playing with my dog or whatever it is.
But there's that sort of, it's here, you're welcome, you don't have to.
And I also appreciate when somebody brings a sense of humor to it, depending on the thing you're buying, right? If you're buying a pair of socks, you don't need too much humor maybe.

And this guy came out and he said, oh, you know, come in and look at these carpets.
He took us to lunch and we came back after lunch and went through a pile more carpets and ended up leaving with three pretty pricey carpets, right? They were not inexpensive carpets.
But we spent an entire day with this guy, and to me, it was like the carpets were free, the lunch was expensive.
Yeah, he paid for the lunch, but you know what, you get what I'm saying.
The way he sold, it was just a delightful experience from start to finish.
