Lauren, let's start with England.

I was at the Oval last night.

I can't remember a T20 win for England, a better T20 win for England since probably that game at the Oval in the 2023 Ashes.

It was some statement performance going into a final.

Yeah, like, I feel like I've got goosebumps.

I feel like we can actually get really excited about this final.

And, um, to be fair, England have been pretty good throughout.

But I, I think the thing I lo- I loved...

Well, I think you've just got to absolutely take your hat off to Nat Sciver-Brunt.

Like, the mental strength of that girl is incredible.

Like, everything that could've gone wrong, went wrong for her in this, in this World Cup.

And then to put on that performance under the highest pressure and just absolutely absorb pressure, reapply pressure, was just unreal.

Um, special, special player.

But yeah, I, I feel so excited.

I ca- I, I genuinely think England have got a, a real, real chance.

And it's not just a, it's not necessarily just about the fact that they, they beat South Africa and they're through to a final.

I think it was, it was, like, how the game actually played.

Like, they won't be under more pressure than that as a batting unit, you know, to be three down that early and then to c- you know, to post that mammoth partnership w- from the two veterans in the middle.

Um, I can't believe we ever questioned h- how much we need Heather Knight.

Um, but yeah, it was just, it was awesome.

It was so clinical.

It was so clean.

Uh, the other thing to note, and I think she'll go under the radar a little bit, but how good was Freya Kemp with the ball? Like, we haven't seen her an awful lot, um, with the ball in, in big matches really.
