It's more than, uh, the Aussies are getting paid.

What about a story, Finn Allen, excuse me, Finn Allen has just signed with the Melbourne Stars and the BBL.

Of course, he was with the Scorchers last year, had a pretty good season too.

Signed a deal worth $600,000 Australian per season on a three-year deal.

Good on him.

He is, I think it's the highest paid player so far named in the BBL for this upcoming season with private investments flowing into the game.

It's caused a bit of a stir though with Ben Stokes also signing up for $500,000 Australian dollars per.

And those two paid more than the highest paid Australian.

But I think if they're going to look at privatisation, they need to ensure there's, like, a lot of local talent still written into the contracts that, you know, we have to have WA people not just start farming out internationals left, right, centre to make a team.

And then, obviously, it's going to benefit the guys locally, but also they need to think about... scheduling issues you know if they start selling all these licenses um that it doesn't then um deteriorate our national game with um the australian test team you know like i think they need to be aware of scheduling and things like that so that that doesn't diminish because that is the true form of cricket and that's where it all started and i think aussies in general love test cricket but they do love their big bash too you know so it needs to work in conjunction
