Kirsty DiasGuestChris WhiteHostyeah yeah yeah it was i did enjoy it but um you know aside from air lingus you've worked you know a person could have worked um on some of the world's most kind of prestigious cabins um one of a few companies that that do that um For someone who has sat in interiors without knowing it, whether they've been first class business or at the back, what does the studio actually make? Where do you get involved?

So we're generally hired by, if we look at aviation as an example, we'll generally be hired by an airline right at the beginning of a process.

So from kind of economy right through the cabin through to first class, all of the details.

So we will... work with the airline to define what that passenger journey looks like, what the brand touch points are, and then go through kind of concept design and then right through to implementation so that we obviously work very closely defining that passenger and brand experience with the airline.

So, you know, working with user groups, depending on the extent of the project, to ensure that the designs are appropriate for use and for all the audiences.

I mean, every supplier, you can imagine a lot of our work is about colour material and finish.

So we work very closely with the supply base in what is, you know, a very kind of highly certified environment.

So we have a whole team of people here who are dedicated to colour material and finish.

And then, yeah, we'll work, you know, over a period of it could be anything from kind of a 12 to 18 month program at the very kind of, you know, light touch and right through to perhaps kind of a five year program at the top end.
