And I mentioned in the beginning that your customers might be assuming that you're fake.

But protecting the relationship that you have with a client or customer is insanely important, especially for those of us that are trying to build.

And if people are really questioning whether you're real or fake, that's a big problem.

That's just another hurdle that you got to get over in addition to all of the other hurdles that come along with being a small business owner.

I'm going to keep this one fairly short and sweet, but why is this important? So there's the old saying that has constantly, it's been a constant in business for so many years, but people do business with people that they like, know and trust.

And I don't know about you, but for me, trust is massive and it's probably the biggest thing.

Yeah, I do need to get to know you, but if I don't trust you, we got nothing we got nothing so that's that's huge and i can't be the only one that feels that way and that sentiment so i actually made a list of uh things to automate and things that i have uh in particular uh automated and things that maybe i made mistakes on and should have kept human and didn't um but you know as we all navigate this ever-changing ever-evolving universe These things we have to, it's kind of like throwing spaghetti at the wall to see if it sticks.

You got to really stay aware and observant of how you're using these tools, how they're using you.
