I, I'm actually surprised it took this long for a lawsuit to be filed.
I mean, you've got examples where members of Donald Trump's inner circle, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Secretary of the Treasury, uh, s- uh, Scott, uh, Bessent, and Donald Trump himself have bragged on Jared Kushner, have deferred to Jared Kushner.
Marco Rubio effectively is not the secretary of state.
He runs around and gives speeches.
You know, he, he, uh, makes sure that, uh, you know, ambassadors that embarrass Donald Trump are fired, but he's not the secretary of state.
He's not negotiating the end of a war, or he's not stopping the Ukraine, Ukraine from being attacked by Russia.
He's not doing anything.
It's all been delegated to the son-in-law.
That's what they call him in Iran and Russia derisively, the son-in-law.
They have no respect for him.
He's a, he's a, he's a kid that was born with a silver foot in his mouth who inherited most of his money or will inherit most of his money, whose father was a criminal who went to jail for tax evasion, who married well, married up, and married Donald Trump's daughter.
You know, she had no problem marrying the son of a felon in, uh, Jared Kushner.
And then Jared Kushner has tried to make himself billions of dollars b- by being the first son-in-law.
His brother is doing the exact same thing.
His brother just bought the LA Lakers.
His brother almost toppled the football federation, FIFA, and Gianni Infantino on a, on a failed deal to take over the World Cup.
That's the family we're dealing with.
It's one thing to be a real estate guy, which I don't even think Jared Kushner is a real estate guy.
He negotiates like he thinks it's some sort of condominium purchase, you know, the Iranian negotiations.
You're talking about nuclear disarmament experts that have to be with you, not Donald Trump's golf buddy, Steve Witkoff, who's identified as the special envoy for peace missions.
How's that going? Peace missions? Is that what we're watching around the world under Donald Trump? Peace missions? How about war? How about everything aflame? How about that? So here's what the new lawsuit says, filed in the District of Columbia Federal Court.
Uh, paragraph two, page two.
"This suit seeks to vindicate fundamental principles, uh, about that in democracy, power implies responsibility by challenging defendant Jared Kushner's unlawful exercise of government power.
Kushner is President Trump's son-in-law and one of the country's top diplomats." Why? There's no background in diplomacy.
And why...
