Now it's like, it's changed so much in terms of we wanna, like we want people to show who they are as people.

Like that's, that's encouraged, and I think that's such a good thing, and you wanna like put your arm around these young boys and, you know, give them confidence, but then at the same time you also expect there is certain standards and a level of respect.
