Welcome on into a Tuesday morning, a live look over the city of Boston.

Fall begins later today, and the temperatures, well, it's going to kind of feel like

it.

Plus, Storm Team 5 has already declared a weather alert for a coastal storm headed our way later this week.

Now, if the track is just right, this could become our first nor'easter of the season.

And we have team coverage as we brace for this possible nor'easter.

AJ Burnett standing by in situ with the impacts we could see on the coast.

But let's start with Kellyanne.

And at this point, we are seeing more likelihood for a major storm here trying to move in.

and a likelihood for also very strong winds.

So that is our biggest concern at this hour as we are seeing both of our global models suggesting wind gusts over 40 miles per hour, if not stronger.

Some of the models pushing that wind gust potential to 50 to even 60.

That is certainly not enough for us to see power outages, and that is the greatest takeaway from what we're seeing with the model trend this morning.

High pressure to the north, storm system moving in from the south.

That squeeze effect allowing for that wind to increase.

We have astronomically higher tides due to a full moon on Saturday.

That is not great timing when you're talking about an onshore wind, coastal flooding, and increasing concern as well with this trend that we're seeing this morning.

Still need to determine the exact placement of the heaviest rainfall, with some of the models suggesting over several inches of rainfall.

But that is something that we really need to pinpoint over the next three days.
