Excellent episode today as we look at the final full week of astronomical summer and a, the second full week of September.

So our quiz question is this, as we start to wrap up astronomical summer, around what time of year does Scituate get its first freeze? Freeze is 32 degrees or less.

So about what time? Give me a, just a rough date of when Scituate gets our first freeze of the year.

So communities do have that in their control.

So if you look at Scituate and Bourne and Falmouth and Wellfleet and Nantucket, you know, vacation places, you would think that would easily happen.

They have all said no short-term rentals.

It's like this massive, like, you know, 1,000 acre country estate that was built in the, like 1901 or 1902 by like this wealthy financier and author Thomas W. Lawson.

So if you're from Massachusetts, Dreamwald w- isn't foreign to us.

That's a lot.

Like if you were gonna make a fake thing, you could say like, you know, BostonKid617.

But that's f- that is so curated to Scituate specifically.

So Patrick was originally from Massachusetts.

He'd grown up in Scituate on the South Shore.

So this is about 10 miles north of Duxbury where our case takes place today.

He went to university in Newport, Rhode Island and after college went into the technology and telecommunications world.

One thing about New England people, we're not that creative.

Hey, I went to this town in Scituate, Mass, one time.

You know what we should do? Yeah.

We should call this place Scituate, too.

Yeah.
