And I love the fact that Steph said, hey, we'll take care of that when the time is right.

And for me, that gives me as a fan a lot of, A big vote of confidence from Steph for him being like, hey, let's see where we're at by the end of the season.

And you know what? If you can get the right guys and the team and at least the cornerstones for the next chapter of the franchise look good, I'm going to take a steep discount to help the team go in their star hunting.

And I think that's just a big plus for us because, you know, going into the season, we know the Warriors are cash-strapped.

And I'm really curious to see what they can do because after what happened with the Clippers fiasco, docked five first-round picks.

half a season uh bombers find what was it 30 million dollars which let's be honest that's that's couch change to him so that's not really that big of a deal but those five first round picks are bad but it looks like they may go into a rebuild and may be looking for some of the expiring contracts that the warriors have to offer now they won't be um They won't be, let's call it, they won't be looking to, they won't be, how do I put this? They won't be getting draft picks in exchange for their expiring deals, but they may be able to get some good talent.

Now, aside from the Steph extension, they do have Jimmy Butler as that expiring contract, and they could find a way to, you know what, maybe say get Brandon Ingram to from the Clippers and add him to a strong rotation.

Now, Ingram, not exactly the best defender, but it gives the Clippers a lot of breathing room when it comes to future cap space.

But I think they'd rather trade Ingram for picks and cap space, so I don't actually see that happening.

But with Steph saying, you know what, we're going to take our time with this extension, all right, I like that vote of confidence.
