Now, I was reading some of your guys' comments the other day regarding Steph and everything that's going on, and I actually-- One of your comments said that Steph recently sold his house.

And I looked into that, and I didn't realize that Steph sold his house down, I believe it is in Allerton, uh, about twenty miles south of the Bay.

It's a whole-- Uh, his, uh, estate was in a gated community with like a bunch of VC guys, tech billionaires, all of that.

And he sold it at a loss, which he bought in 2020 for thirty million at a loss of nine hundred thousand dollars, selling it for twenty-nine point one million.

Now, [smacks lips] Steph is heavily invested in real estate in the Bay Area, but this was his-- From my understanding, this was his primary home outside of the condo that he has about two mi-- a couple miles from the Chase Center in San Francisco.

I assume he stays there when he is, um, there during the season, so he doesn't have to constantly go back and forth between his home in Allerton and then to the Chase Center.

And just thinking about it, [smacks lips] this just like-- I know we don't say history repeat it- repeats itself, but it does rhyme a lot.

Now, this reminds me a lot of what happened last year with Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks.

Um, Milwaukee is going through a full rebuild, and they've gone their separate ways.

And I think right now, you know what? Steph selling his house is a huge sign saying, "Hey, you guys gotta do something.

I'm hedging my bets because, one, I don't wanna pay a ton of property tax on a thirty million dollar home.

And you know what? I want to just like see what my options are." This is basically Steph saying, "You know what? You better make some moves and make this team more competitive or else I'm out.

Make sure you guys get what's yours and make sure I get what's mine." As we've heard before, if Steph requests a trade, the Warriors will honor that trade request and trade him to probably the team that fits him the best and where they can get the most return.

And it's because of that, again, I say that they're going to start exploring, um, what they can do with Steph in terms of trade options, and they're gonna start looking into that.
