Jay FreshHostWhat's up? Why did NASDAQ go down a shit ton over the last little bit here? What's going on? This market route in tech is...
is seeming to extend and, uh, in a, in a, in a fairly market way, considering in the last week it went down five and a half percent.
What the, what the, and I emphasize fuck.
Yeah.
So, um, I mean, I, I actually just got done doing, um, our like members stream where I go over, I go over like all the equities that people like the viewers want to see every week, um, and, and kind of run them all through gamma strike.
And, um, I want to say for the first time in two years, every Mag 7, Mag 10 stock that we covered, options chains looked bearish as fuck, like just everywhere.
Skew down, IV up, across the front end, back tenor, like 10 and 30 day.
All of them just dumping huge amounts of gamma and delta exposure everywhere.
into the end of the week.
It does not look good.
And I don't think I've seen those chains look anything but maybe slightly mixed at worst.
And they all look definitively bearish.
And a lot of that's coming on the back of CoreWeave, which has been, you know, their bonds have been trading very, very high and the market is hyper aware that they need to issue more debt.
And if they're issuing debt at the current yields that their bonds are trading at, It would be a very bad look for AI financing or AI infrastructure financing as a whole.
Right now, I think their most recent tranche of bonds is trading like
14% to 15% yields.
And unless they can get some really, really good terms... they're going to probably have to issue debt somewhere near those yields.
And that's the junkiest of junky yields.
They are one of the neocloud darlings.
They have been since the beginning of all of this a few years ago.
And they are expected to really take off and make these insane revenues off of off of all of this compute demand, and their financials don't look like that's happening at all.
They're starting to look a lot like Carvana, actually.
All these companies are starting to look like Carvana.
And it's obvious that they're going to have to issue debt in order to continue operations.
