My mind is kind of blown after this interview with Eric Houston that we just had, Tina, because it was so uniquely special because of his advocacy with mental health.

I feel like I learned a lot, but it's almost like one of those decompressions after you've listened to like a lecture, you know, in like a TED Talk or like in school and you like need to soak it all in, you know? How are you feeling?

I love the way he advocates for mental health and for transparency and the media.

And I mean, after seeing him on those webinars, I started following him on socials.

And after a successful 15-year career in professional sports, including leadership roles with the Phoenix Suns and the Florida Panthers, he experienced debilitating mental health crises that changed the course of his life and inspired him to help others through connection and conversation and advocacy that you were just talking about, Tina.

He also co-hosts his own podcast, We're All a Little Crazy, which I can't wait to start listening to.

But for our viewers, our listeners who are here today, grab some tea and a blanket and cozy up because it's a long episode, but it is worth it to the very end.
