We are starting a new series today, and we're going to do our best to reveal an authentic version of Father God.
Because they're one, you know.
And so my hope is that by the end of July, you'll have a better idea of who the Father is, despite some discrepancies in the Old Testament, where he's painted in a way that it feels like there's a dichotomy between the God of the Old Testament and the God of the New.
Is that fair? Because there are definitely spots where it's like, wait, what? What's happening here? Are the Father and the Son at odds? Is Jesus working in a different direction than the Father was in the Old Testament? And the truth is they've never been separate, just as you and I have never been separate from them.
We've always been in oneness.
And that is where the perception gets skewed.
And I want you to hold your hands wide open.
Don't get...
Don't get out of sorts over it.
Sit in it.
Ask questions.
I think so often we just eat whatever is sat in front of us.
It's just rumors.
And here's the thing.
You're not baby birds.
You don't need regurgitated worms.
Fair? Your sons and daughters of the living God, you deserve to sit at a table fit for a king and a priest.
Ask questions about what's in front of you.
Search it out for yourself.
He's waiting for them.

Please don't.
Search the scriptures.
Ask questions.
Not just believing some regurgitated information that somebody sat before us.
