🔥 Swift Half Ep. 285

Decca.

Decca.

Oh, what's happening in Decca?

deca this week has announced a regional championships next year in may so they're gonna have a regional championships for deca fit deca mile and deca strong i think also deca rock and it's an open championships but to kind of be the champion you have to be from either europe middle east or africa they're going the emea thing But Alan, there's prize money.

Oh, go on, give me the information.

How much prize money?

Well, I've not looked at how much exactly there is, but first place for each of the fit, the mild and the strong is going to get two grand in American dollars.

So whatever that is in UK pounds.

Second place is going to get a grand in American dollars.

And third place, 500.

So if you're really good at Decker, you could walk away with six grand, which, depending on exchange rate, It's probably around about 4.5 to 5K UK, unless the orange person decides to completely devalue their currency.

And if that happens, it happens.

But this is really kind of cool.

So again, this is May 28th to May 30th.

Venue to be confirmed.

I believe that a venue has been chosen and it will be announced in due course.

that like that

so

yeah we don't even know what country it's going to be in at this moment in time though we don't

nope anyone who who knows it has been sworn to an nda

oh not me then because i haven't been sworn to anything but i i have no idea either so um yeah i'll put i'm gonna put my money on it yeah i'm gonna go and turn and say because you mentioned europe middle east and all and that i'm gonna reckon go middle east

That's not a bad shirt, and it would be super cool to go out there.

They are having an event out in Dubai in a few weeks, actually, in the Pepsi Center, which I presume is just naming as opposed to being a center made of Pepsi.

I'm hoping.

A big pool of Pepsi in the middle of Dubai.
