Daniel DaveyGuestKeith O'RourkeHostJack McGealyHostUm, Daniel, great to have you on the podcast, and great, I think, uh, myself and Jack both would have probably been followers of yours for a good couple of years now, and, and, and been watching a lot of your stuff as we were kind of coming through ourselves in, in the coaching space.
So it's good to have someone on that we would have, uh, been watching ourselves and, and learned a lot from over the years.

One of your recipes actually was the reason I got dogs abuse [laughs] years ago when I was first getting into, uh, getting into posting stuff online.
It was your, one of your pre-workout snacks where you have toast with Greek yogurt and jam.
It's an excellent snack, but any time I put it up, I think I even tagged you in it back in the day, um, when I posted it up, everyone was like, "You can't have yogurt and toast."
