And you know, and, and to have an incredible team, you can't build an incredible team without being an incredible leader yourself and an incredible visionary yourself, and someone that empowers other instead of confining them or limiting things that they can do, or micromanaging and all these things that I think a lot of people struggle with.

I think one of the most difficult skills in the business of aesthetics to excel in is managing people.

Obviously we all have mistakes and challenges and things that we've learned along the r- way, so I'm s- I'm sure that you have so many things that you'll be able to share with our audience.

But I wanna take it back a, a couple of steps now, because it's very hard for a lot of providers to move out of the day-to-day and start delegating things to other people.

So I will tell you, there is a quote that I love so much, and it's by Oprah Winfrey.

It's, "Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment." And I use that in so many different aspects of my life, but especially in coaching and working with my people, and delegating.

Just like I think for a lot of provider owners, you know, um, owner operators is another way to put it, we think we have to do everything ourselves.

And you know what? It's very important to me to not only show up for my team, show up for my patients, but most importantly, I have to show up for my family.

And if you are relying on yourself to do all of those things, you are no good to any one of those three groups of people.

So really having an honest conversation with yourself about, okay, what are my strengths? My strength, I'm the dreamer.

I am the dreamer here, and very rarely you will meet a dreamer who loves admin work and who wants to call the software system and find out how to process a refund.

So it's really good to find not only talent from a provider standpoint, but it's good to find people who are talented at things that you're not talented at.

You've gotta be honest with yourself about, okay, what is it that I'm just, I might like doing it, but I'm not good at it.

So it's really being honest with yourself about what are your talents, what are you good at, and what is it taking away from if you're doing things that you, that is not a natural talent and that you're not good at? Because if you're gonna give attention to one thing, it's taking away from another.
