One of my teachers, and I'm still a humble student in this, and I don't claim to be a master in any way, but he said, stillness prepares us for movement, movement prepares us for stillness.

What I would first see, and this is, the goal of this is to really build a relationship with, to use gravity.

Okay, so gently closing your eyes, I'm going to speak to the whole audience here as well.

and soften it a little bit more and um grabbing your right hand and taking it to the top of your head and imagine there's a string from the very top of your crown pulling up that string imagining that string pulling you up and just elongating the spine This is holding a whole body.

Just feeling your whole body now falling into this string that's holding and supporting your whole weight.

just start to bend your knees and soften your knees and just remembering that your whole body is supported by this string that's tied to a star as you just drop in drop in bending your knees and making sure your spine is neutral so there's no bending your spine Keep remembering that top of your head is connected to the star.

And as you found that position where you can stand like this for a while, it feels comfortable, you're relaxed.

On your next exhale, inhale, raising up your hands so they're just under eye level.

And just dropping into your knees, remembering the top of your skull, your crown is tied to the star.
