Well, I was laughing, Cliff, as you were talking about potentially getting obsessive with data because, I mean, I can go either way really.

And what I noticed for myself is about two or three weeks ago, I realized that I was on a Garmin step streak.

So I had managed to beat my step goal like almost every day for about 40 days.

Equally though, in my head, I thought at some point I'm going to need to break this.

And I'm going to have to deal with the consequence of how I'm going to feel about that.

And I almost wanted something to sort of do it for me so I didn't have to be the initiator of the breakup between me and my data.

I then got to bed quite late because it took a while to unwind, but I also was up a bit early.

Um, and then I left the house to go for my run, drove to the gym, got out the car, went to turn my watch on, wasn't on my wrist.

So I forgot, I forgot to pick my watch up and I'm like, there goes that, there goes that step streak.

Albeit I did track my run because, um, I had my phone and I am interested in my run data and I'll, I can explain more in a minute.

Um, And obviously, my steps are still going to be my steps regardless of whether my watch is on my wrist or not.

But now it's the Garmin step goal that I've broken, not the actual step goal.
