So, today we're going to be talking about racing not only in your own country, but overseas.

What practical steps you should be taking to make sure that you're healthy at the start line, but also doing the right things in the lead up.

Do you need to deload more leading into that race or taper off a little bit more? Depends.
mean, I have a theory around like you should get to your location earlier rather than more.

So depending on which way you're flying, east to westbound, what the weather is going to be like there.

And then as well, like what you can actually do in the airport to make sure that you're staying healthy and healthy as possible because we know they're a bloody cesspool.

And then, of course, getting there, the right steps you can take as soon as you land and And then, obviously, racing and the post-race aftermath, what we need to consider.

Especially when we're in a different country, when we're all giddy up and excited and might want to hit the town, things to consider.

And listen, like, I'm no saint, so I won't say that I don't partake in that side of it, but...
