when we're talking about, you very rightly said earlier, you know, you set a goal, you break it down, daily steps, non-negotiables.
in a couple of months, when in reality, you're now five years into the journey.
Uh, and I know you've done, you've done well for the last couple of years, but ultimately, you started doing it for free for me [laughs]

So for me, like, obviously when we was probably going out a lot, 2020, '21, something like that, like, I weren't happy with the life I were living.

It were to just do something I love doing, that I can show up every day for, and if it stresses me out, I'm not bothered because I enjoy doing it.

And when I then obviously saw how it changed my life, I was like, "Well, hang on.

If I can repeat the same process with you, and with anyone that I work with, like, I'm gonna love that." It's like you said, obviously, before we started filming here, like, what, what's your ideal day? It's doing the tasks that you wanna do and that you love doing.
