That is what's interesting, Shekhar, because I think it, it is all the stuff you said, you know, tiring, exhausting, draining, expensive, very expensive, and yet-
If you're trying to, to see what, what has changed in the history of change management, you struggle to find really good cases.
What you have is lots of stories of people telling what they've done, not what happened as a consequence.
Uh, you get, you get systems that break down after having used change management tools that everybody nowadays has access, but this is not new.
Um, people have access to the knowhow, you know, the, the, the what are the 10 commandments of, uh, being client-centric or whatever it is.
So I'm coming from many years of, to be honest, being part of the problem, like selling snake oil solutions.
If we keep on doing [laughs] the same things and not getting the results, it might be better to stop, try to understand how we-- how humans' brains work, uh, and do something different.
You know, surveys, focus groups, PowerPoint slides with, I don't know, the, the five behaviors, mission statement, vision.
And all that paraphernalia of, of, you know, like, well, bullshit, if I may say, hasn't paid off.
