And today we are going after what I have found to be the biggest, most destructive reason so many relationships have almost come to an end or have, in fact, come to an end.

friendships, jobs, relationships of every kind, relationships of every length, I have seen fall victim to this same insidious enemy.

I have seen it personally, felt it personally, fallen victim to it in my own relationships.

I've seen broken hearts and broken lives come as a result of this incredibly avoidable relational mistake.

And the reason it's so incredibly avoidable is it's because it's not a malicious mistake.

It's not this super evil thing like it has the fruits of the devil attached to it.

But do not let how innocuous it actually is confuse you from how powerful and deadly it is because unspoken, unmet expectations can and have destroyed relationships of every kind.

It means that no matter how great the problems that people cause in our lives, the potential for blessing and joy in our lives is even greater because we are with people.

But just because it's not good for man to be alone does not mean man not being alone automatically makes things easy.

So instead of taking a week to work on marriages and a week on singles and a week on friendships, we've been looking at these building blocks that are present in every kind of relationship and making sure that we're building for better.

Week one, I talked about how almost every wedding that I've done has kind of, in the way that the wedding has happened, been different than another wedding.
