EA Sports College Football

Um, so I just think it's like so helpful.

Um, And actually, like, I don't know, you probably played maybe a ton of Madden or NCAA growing up or whatever, too.

Like one of my favorite things to do, especially on the goal line.

One, I think it's really dumb sometimes to be in shotgun on the goal line because you're like one yard away.

And some of those sales numbers are not giant, by the way.

We have EA Sports College Football in here.

It's actually only got 120,000 players on Steam.

So it's got a ton more.

that, there was Bill Walsh college football.

And that was, like, the first one to go, whoa, this is really cool to play, which just became college football, EA Sports College football.

And then not long right after that, Madden came out.

And the rest was history.

And I try to tell fans all the time, it's like, this is not...

EA Sports College football.

This isn't Madden.

These are not computer bots that you're working in the controllers.

I think there's other games that's doing way worse that should be really worrying.

So with that being said, EA Sports College Football 27 and number nine.

Star Wars Galactic Racer number 10, and that is the top 10 list for PlayStation.

So going back through the top 10 games notoriously affecting the PlayStation platform.

And the reason why I'm using Star Wars Galactic Racer as an example, even though you see it in number 10, is because Star Wars...

the turn-based game that just came out it's not getting a lot of eyeballs it's not getting a lot of engagement but a lot of people saying it's one of the best star wars games ever put out so when it comes to sales don't think that just because you see something on the top 10 that is one of the best games out as of right now this is just what the masses are playing at the moment So that being said, Star Wars Galactic Racer is at number 10 as far as the most played game on PlayStation.

You have EA Sports College Football 27 at number nine.

You have Marvel Rivals at number eight.

But, uh, there's also a really interesting website, it's called Versus Sports Simulator, when it takes a team and sees, see, you know, all these different algorithms and stats and everything and how they would actually match up.

It's kind of like, like the EA Sports College Football video game and kind of gives the ratings of, of where everything would be at.

And right now Arkansas would be sitting at a B- and 83 overall according to this, where, uh, as far as their power they're at B- at 81.

Offensive they're at a C+ at 79.

My friend, Mike Straw, who's actually going to be on the show in a week or two.

Journalist over at Insider Gaming writes exclusive EA Sports College football's future in jeopardy.

Sources fear.

I thought this was pretty interesting because a lot of it has to do with not surprising money.

And here's what they say.

EA Sports College Football's future is facing questions just two years after the franchise's hugely successful return.

In 2024, EA Sports released College Football 25, bringing college football video games back for the first time in 11 years, after the end of the old NCAA football franchise.

There wasn't an official NCAA license with the new game, but that didn't stop it from becoming one of the best-selling games in the United States in 2024.

In five games, he has already done numbers like I have never seen before.

These are numbers that you would see in EA Sports College football.

This man is on a generational run.

I think he is the best wide receiver prospect of all time.
