Kat ReillyGuestEileenHostoh I love thank you for elaborating on that because it's it's so fascinating the different ways that we all come to this this place and some people's journeys are very much like oh I've always been connected to my spirituality since I was young but Most people have this, whether or not they grew up religious, there's usually this break in late teens into the 20s where it's like everything's kind of being questioned.
And so those of us who came from not a lot of religious background, like I was raised without it at all.
I just remember being very much like cold hard fact, science, rational, all of those things.
I bought in, in a big way to the dualism of a Descartian
And then there's, there's always something that happens that like opens the door.
I think for, for almost all of us where you're just like, this can't be
Yeah.
I

think that's it I think that's the beauty of it right it's sort of like that moment and everybody has it's going to be unique to every individual it could be a small moment that's sort of seemingly insignificant or it could be like a massive you know sort
of

proverbial smack upside the head moment that's sort of like what is yeah or literal but that it's that questioning of like what is the What is the point here? What am I doing all this for?
Yes, and I think especially as women, people who have been raised inside what femininity means in this culture, there's that added layer of we live our whole lives fulfilling other people's expectations.
What is expected of us in our role as good women, good girls? And then we hit this stage in our 30s usually, it seems to be, right around that Saturn return where
initially happens coincidentally.
And then like, it feels like it kind of comes to another head and those perimenopause years where we stopped giving quite so many fucks, but yeah, There's that sense that we get to the point where like, wait a minute, whose life am I living? And like, why? Why am I doing all this? Is it me that I'm fulfilling by pushing and being self-sacrificing and putting myself last always and ignoring my body? Or is this like a myth I've bought into?

And it was so interesting because I feel like I had seen some of that spoken about in the media vis-a-vis mothers.

And so I didn't really, I was sort of like, well, that's a, that's a narrative for somebody else.

Um, and that I was, I was putting this, like this agenda, this like achievement agenda and this milestone list at the top of everything else.
