Pregnancy, Loss, and Grief

In this vulnerable episode, Nicole takes us through her journey of navigating pregnancy loss for the first time. She shares the story of what happened in heartfelt detail and brings awareness to the sobering reality that miscarriage happens to more women that we realize. Statistics state that anywhere from 25% to 50% of women miscarry either knowingly or unknowingly.  This unique episode features 3 different conversations that tell Nicole’s story as she processes the experience in real time and sheds light on all the layers of grieving and uncertainty many women face in early pregnancy. Together, Sarah and Nicole explore all the reasons for miscarriage, both biological and spiritual, the unexpected layers of grief, and the idea that every woman who experiences pregnancy loss will move through it in their own time and in their own unique way. We hope this honest and unfiltered conversation creates more awareness around miscarriage and offers hope to anyone searching for meaning in their own processing of pregnancy loss. **New Episodes drop every Monday!** **Join our email list** to get reminders about new episodes and future offerings https://womanwithinpod.myflodesk.com/joinus **Follow us on Instagram** @womanwithinpod @nicole\_mejia @soulfully\_sarah\_stew If this episode resonates with you, **don't forget to like and subscribe.** *Thank you so much for listening!*
