Strange and Bizarre News with a Walkabout Roo

Before we do that, uh, the other thing I wanna mention is, you know, we got this, uh, uh, hurricane.

We finally got a hurricane for this, uh, this season.

And, uh, Isaias, uh, at the time we're recording at least, is, uh, you know...

It's going to have an impact on many in the Southeast, um, even if it's just rain and wind, okay? So be careful, especially if you are in some of the more, uh, dangerous parts of it.

And depending on where you're listening, you, you may be, uh, just that.

Uh, i- if you're listening in the Chattahoochee Valley, where I am, uh, expect some rain and some wind.

And, uh, you know, you s- secure the things you need to secure around the house.

Everybody needs to do that if you're in the area for this storm.

Uh, it's the first hurricane of this, uh, season.

It's, uh, very late for that.

And, uh, of cour- It's just one of those things.

It doesn't matter what.

I- if it's, if it's crazy hot outside for, uh, you know, long periods of time, uh, we hear it's, uh, that's because of global warming and climate change.

Uh, if the temperatures drop significantly, we hear it's because of global warming and climate change.

If, uh, we have lots of hurricanes, it's because of, uh, climate change.

If we have, uh, you know, uh, the record latest hurricane forming, or one of the latest hurricanes forming, uh, on record, uh, then it's because of climate change.

So it's one of those, like, if you just...

You can't lose.

You can't lose if that's gonna be your argument.

It's always...

You know, if we had an ice storm and everything, the whole planet turned to ice, it would be...

There was a time when it would've been blamed on global warming.

They did that with a movie.

Um, and then, uh, Al Gore made a documentary, and he used clips, CGI clips, from that movie to show, um, exactly, uh, what was going on on the planet when it came to climate change, or then global warming is what they called it.

Uh, but he used CGI for it, and he won an Oscar, and they never took it away from him, so go figure.
