And to your point, you know, most people listening to this are probably not building the next Procter & Gamble.

a hundred years from now, most of our listeners are small to medium-sized business owners.

And when they get to that medium, maybe $50 million mark, they're taking on private equity and then it's out of their hands.

They're going to build something that'll go on But most of you built something that at some point will have to get sold.

And in the United States at the time of this recording, they haven't totally outregulated the free market.

Some states and cities are trying, but it's still a wonderful way to generate wealth for you and your family and to make the world a better place.

I just think that most people listening need to really understand whether they think they're building something that's going to last 100 years and then one day wake up and miss the boat on when was the right time to sell, to whom, and for what price.

And I got to tell you, throughout the whole process, I was a skeptic until even after I signed the documents.

And like, oh, you know, this baby that I've built since 15 years old is... you know, no longer mine.

And, and I say like, I didn't even believe it then because the way that mine was structured, it was, um, I think they called it like a sign and, and close or sign and deposit where I signed on a Friday, but the wire didn't come through, um, until, until the Monday afterwards.

And, uh, You know, everyone that I consulted with, because I did hire consultants along the way and even companies that specialized in selling businesses.

It was more of, I just always wanted to have something that someone would want to buy.

And if that's the case, then obviously like if someone would want to buy it, then I probably would want to keep it too.

And so it was something that was able to help in the present time of, of, you know, active income and having a great vehicle to fund a lifestyle and fund, you know, retirement and investments and other assets that, you know, I could take some chips off the table.

And, you know, when I did end up selling, you know, have even more of those to give even more options, but, you know, everyone along the way that I, I spoke to now keep in mind, uh, you know, the name of, of, of my company was, was Jimmy marketing and, and I'm Jimmy.
