Higher Rates, Deeper Discounts: The CRE Opportunity Nobody Wants

So Nikita and Rafik, there is a video going around this week that's been watched over 2 million times.

And the guy launched what he calls a virtual office and a tagline.

I'm quoting, your next coworker won't be a human.

Now, there's a lot of chatter about whether it's actually

happening or it's not happening.

But really, what does it mean for commercial real estate, right?

Looking at my AI implementation, there is a lot of things that's not as productive as they thought.

And so my take that maybe we're getting a little too much hype and the office will not be eliminated

by AI, even though there is so much

hype right now.

Just for example, right? It seems like I'm doing so much AI work, but I'm not working less.

And I think many automations, they're not producing effective results.

or even the results that are being produced actually, then you're spending so much money on those tokens.

So we have a CRE pipeline in which we're spending about $10,000 a month.

And it's not really converting that effectively to more deals.

Definitely there is improvement, but maybe not as much.

So I think the knowledge, some aspects like with light, right? When people had candles, And then electricity came out.

But once you have light in the warehouse, it doesn't matter what kind of light we have, right? You know, everyone gets light and there is this kind of status quo becomes, that's like, you know, only one guy is

going to have light and then that guy is not going to have light.

So that's my take on it.
