Uh, young coaches, coaches that are maybe considering, uh, starting a junior program.

It has, because I know that, um, when, when parents are looking for coaches, um, they're always looking for the best coach for their kids, right? And I, um, a lot of times parents ask me when they move out of, out of state, and they go, "I, I need to know where am I...
I'm moving to Oregon, you know, how can I find the, the best coach out there?" Well, there's a website, the US Kids Golf website has, you know, your top 50 coaches, and, and we can look them up, and I can help you look them up, and, you know, I share the wealth, and I look up people for, for people that are moving to Florida or to Michigan or, you know, to Utah or wherever it is.
And I don't know if you know this, John, but Hawaii's a pretty transient state.
We have a lot of military personnel that go in and out of, of Hawaii, and when they land there, you know, the first thing they do is they look for a good golf coach and, you know, they hit up the, uh, US Kids Golf website and find me in there, um, amongst oth- uh, amongst some other, um, coaches.
And, uh, being top 50, um, lends a lot of weight, um- You know, to your credibility, right? So for me, that's been very helpful.
Um, just having that below my signature line, uh, just adds a lot of value to what we do on the islands.
And, you know, when I, um, speak to other, either, uh, other golf courses or I speak to other head pros and they recognize me as a US Kids Golf coach is, it's like, you know, that, that's what we're there for.
We're, we're here to grow the game, and then we grow it through the youth, you know? So as we call it in Hawaii, our keiki's, right? So we go through- we grow the game through our kids.
And, um, I, I think it's a very powerful statement when you are a top 50 coach, um, let alone a top 50 Masters coach.
Um, it, it means that you really, uh, spent a lot of time in your career, um, developing your skillset, if you will.
