Kathryn FlaschnerHostAnd it's a good place to nod to like the body of work that you're in now and building now.
I'm chuckling thinking about a lunch we had not too long ago where I love the application.
You know, it's funny, like So much of what you share, I think about it in so many dimensions of my life.
But I remember sharing with you that I got coffee with a guy that was like, maybe a date.
And the way I went into it was like, all right, you got to wear a dress and slick your hair back in a bun.
And in that conversation, you taught me so much more about what not abandoning myself is.

I mean, I feel like the journey of, I think one, recognizing when we are abandoning ourselves, right? We're doing it so unconsciously most of the time.

And I think the reason why I'm so fascinated by relationships of all kinds is because that's when you see it, I think, the clearest.

You know, it's easy to like, it's not easy to like listen to yourself and, and stay connected to yourself when you're alone,

Or, um, They just, I don't know, have different ideas than you and you naturally like want to please them.

You can, we can witness almost how we start to bend and mold ourselves to be more lovable, to be more likable and, and abandon ourselves.

And so I, I, you know, just in general, like in my own journey, started to notice like how often I was doing that because I wanted love.
