Obviously, you know, the Top Flight series, they're trying to bridge this gap between, you know, elite and sub-elite and really cater to, you know, get these quick races on for people.

And I know that when they are selecting a course, it's like, right, what can we do to make this as quick as possible for these runners in there? So it's interesting that you've picked up on that when you've looked at it and thought, oh, that's flat as a pancake.

There's like, there is a big gap really, because it's so hard to get into some of these races now as well.

You know, some of these sort of like European races, like it's just like so hard to get into them.

And, you know, that's why I was really kind of lucky I got into school 10K last year.

Cause it's probably not the fastest course out there, but what we had was like unbelievable weather.

If you couldn't ask for better and it was a really good group kind of that we all run together in that race as well.

Like a Valencia, you can do it on like courses that maybe aren't quite as quick, but if you have a good group and you have good weather, um, so the more opportunities that we have to do these sort of races, I think is always a bonus.

And yeah, talking about racing, let's talk about the big one then, the main goal of the season, obviously European champs.

We touched upon this earlier, but does the fact it's a home... home games do you see that as an advantage or a disadvantage you know relating to what we said about the pressure element but then the crowd support that you're going to have there on the day

I'm kind of just looking at it as like this is a great opportunity because, you know, I can have all my friends and family there to sort of be on the course as well, which I think is good.
