So after British Champs, the Monday after I flew straight from Birmingham to Font Rameau.

um yeah i stayed here for about five days and then i went to a race in poznan in poland uh so i was there for a few days and now i'm back and i don't know my exact plans for the coming weeks but hopefully i'll be here for a bit maybe like another 10 days and then go back and do a few more races before the commonwealth games

And from memory, you've been selected for the, is it the 800 or the mile at Commies? The mile, yeah.

And what, was there a reason for that decision? Like, did you sort of lean towards the mile more or was it just the event that seemed more tangible for you?

And initially I thought maybe with how competitive the Scotland team is, I thought maybe the 800 would be a better option for me to go for.

But having seen how you ran at British Champs over the 1500, I feel like you're probably super confident and really comfortable in yourself going into the mile.

I suppose for those listeners that maybe missed British Champs or maybe didn't quite catch up on everything, yeah, Sarah, you did an absolutely storming job of finishing top writ over the 1500 metres for the second year in a row.
